Because as of February 1st I will painting my new house (well, rental house). After 2 full weeks of exams, final papers and looking at 5 houses in Hampden we settled on:
3503 Keswick. Right around the corner from the Avenue!
In the meantime I have been calculating paint needs, new stuff needs etc.
